Full-Day Versus Half-Day: Which Preschool Fits Your Needs?

One of the big questions you should ask yourself with regards to your child’s new kindergarten should be whether the full-day or half-day program is the better fit. As you would know, different kindergartens have different schedules, but generally, the half-day program sees the children released at around noon, whereas the full-day program keeps the children within the school until the afternoon hours. Of course, most parents make the decision on the basis of their work schedules: parents who work long shifts, and have no choice but to leave their children in school will naturally pick the full-day programs, but what about the others?
